This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care. You must have your own set of tools and reliable transportation. If you’re a dependable, skilled handyman looking for a stable role with a consistent workweek, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting
* Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and satisfaction
* Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
* Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
* Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs
Requirements:
* 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
* Own a set of basic hand tools
* Reliable transportation to and from the property
* Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
