We are seeking an experienced and passionate Key Account Manager to join our team. Based at our office in Sydney and reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of existing and new key accounts to achieve profitable sales growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key accounts within the cookware and small domestic appliance retail sector. You will develop sales strategies to grow market share and profitability within your assigned customers. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and tailor initiatives to generate sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
* Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance to senior management.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Conduct regular client reviews to assess performance, resolve issues, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to enhance company visibility and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3‐5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
