Responsibilities:
* Oversee all store operations: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual merchandising, POS, and customer service
* Deliver proactive and professional sales service
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
* Manage stock control and reporting (weekly sales reports)
* Coordinate with Head Office, marketing, and merchandising on promotions and launches
* Prepare staff rosters and conduct interviews/appraisals
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in bags/luggage retail, including 2 years in independent store management
* Strong customer focus with proven sales leadership
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
