We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Infection Control Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our quality and safety team, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of quality and infection control within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing hospital-wide infection control policies and procedures
* Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical departments to develop and implement infection control initiatives
* Providing education and training to staff on infection control best practices

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Current relevant registration with AHPRA
* Bachelor of Health Science Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years clinical postgraduate experience
* Effective leadership and managerial skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
