Internal Sales Representative | Construction Industry – Dry Creek Location

About the Role

This position is heavily focused on outbound calls, lead generation and lead verification across construction projects throughout Australia. Working closely with the sales team, you will identify opportunities, qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM data to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to qualify and verify construction project leads
  • Researching projects across online construction platforms and government websites
  • Updating and maintaining CRM records and customer information
  • Following up with builders, contractors and project stakeholders
  • Assisting the sales team with quotations and project tracking
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting ongoing sales activity
  • Providing high‐level customer service and administrative support

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in internal sales, lead generation, customer service or outbound call environments
  • Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
  • High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and results‐driven attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing or industrial products will be highly regarded, though not essential.
