Registered Nurse, Perioperative
You will play a critical role in providing comprehensive patient care and leading the coordination and supervision of care delivered by junior staff and students within our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care, seeking guidance from senior colleagues as needed.
* Promote effective communication and facilitate teamwork to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
* Provide patient education and act as a resource where appropriate, supporting their understanding and empowerment.
* Supervise and support staff and students, including orientating and preceptoring new team members.
* Contribute to achieving Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives through collaboration and shared goals.
