This is a great opportunity for a passionate and resilient problem-solver to join our team in our Pyrmont office.
The role involves assisting with technical and account-related enquiries from the simple to the complex, providing support to Real Estate agents and general consumers with varying levels of complexity.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Providing technical and account-related support via phone, live chat, and email.
 * Troubleshooting technical issues and creating Jira tickets when required.
In a typical day you can expect to:
 * Deliver great customer experience.
 * Identify process and product improvements from client feedback.
 * Provide technical support to internal teams when needed.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in fast-paced customer service/tech support roles, excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic and positive approach, resilience, empathy, excellent problem-solving skills, a high level of confidentiality, and basic knowledge of coding, XML, JSON, or HTML.
