Role Overview
Clinic based role working with NDIS and private clients aged 2–15 years. Recognise and treat conditions such as ASD, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, intellectual and physical disabilities, cerebral palsy and adolescent mental health. You will build a diverse, generalist caseload and develop broad clinical skills.
Responsibilities
* Support children and some young adults across NDIS and private clients, presenting with ASD, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, intellectual and physical disabilities, cerebral palsy, and adolescent mental health.
* Deliver face‐to‐face and non‐face‐to‐face therapy sessions (45‐minute sessions with 15 minutes for notes) and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
* Build a caseload over 8 weeks, gradually increasing from 2 to 5 billable hours per day while staying within a maximum of 5.1 billable hours per day.
* Participate in daily informal support, monthly wellbeing check‐ins, and peer shadowing during onboarding.
* Engage in monthly team meetings for internal training and opportunities to work alongside speech pathologists and child psychologists.
* Receive 1:1 supervision from a senior occupational therapist with 15+ years experience, tailored to your needs.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* Driver's licence and own vehicle.

* Salary $90,000 – $115,000 plus super.
