As a Facilities Administrator, you'll play a critical role in delivering facilities services at a secure and operationally complex site in the Cessnock region. About the Role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance, contractor engagement, compliance support, and stakeholder communication. You'll be the link between operations, suppliers, and the client - keeping everything running safely and smoothly.

You'll thrive in this role if you are:
- Adaptable, organised, and solutions-focused
- A great communicator who builds relationships easily
- Comfortable in high-compliance, secure environments
- Experienced with CMMS systems and vendor coordination

What You'll Do:
- Manage work orders, coordinate trades, and monitor performance
- Oversee documentation for WHS, inductions, and compliance
- Be the on-site liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Support reporting and budget tracking
- Champion service standards and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in facilities, property or asset coordination
- Strong administrative and systems proficiency (Microsoft Office & CMMS)
- Confident stakeholder engagement and time management
- Understanding of WHSE processes and contractor documentation

Bonus Points For:
- Trade qualification or facilities-related tertiary study
- Experience in government or high-security environments
- First Aid Certificate and a valid driver's licence
