Job Description
Behind every great lounge experience is a strong kitchen team, and that's where you come in.
We're looking for aFull‐Time Kitchen Handto join our friendly and supportive team at the Qantas Lounges by Accor at Sydney Airport. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
* You'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens clean, organised, and service‐ready:
* Washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines.
* Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment and reporting any issues.
* Keeping kitchen, preparation and scullery areas clean and hygienic.
* Ensuring correct handling of chemicals and equipment.
* Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required.
* Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
* Working across a rotating roster, including, mornings, afternoons and weekend
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential).
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to work well in a team and keep up during busy periods.
* Good attention to detail and pride in a clean work environment.
* MUST have flexibility to work a rotating roster.
* MUST have full working rights in Australia.
Skills:
* Time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
* Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
* Flexibility to adapt to various duties in the kitchen.
