Overview
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major retail accounts.
Responsibilities
* Managing relationships with assigned accounts
* Developing and implementing trade marketing plans
* Maintaining promotional calendar
* Maintaining account meeting calendar
* Achieving quarterly and annual sales budgets
* Identifying and implementing correct product range into accounts
* Negotiating trading terms within agreed guidelines
* Attending accounts meetings as required
* Monthly and quarterly reporting on assigned accounts
* Weekly accounts meetings with Sales Director
* Weekly sales forecast updates
* Monthly update of accounts overview form
* Price list maintenance
* Implementation of planograms and merchandising expectations
* Manage trade marketing budget within agreed guidelines
* Complete account meeting summary reports as required
* Conduct quarterly store visits across all regions and report on results
* Develop ISS for all accounts and communicate to sales team
