As a Podiatrist in this role, you'll support kids' mobility, strength, and confidence through: Orthotics Prescription: Crafting custom orthotics to provide essential support and alignment. Stretching Programs: Developing individualised routines to enhance flexibility and mobility. Strength Development: Implementing engaging exercises to build strong foot and leg muscles. Shoe Recommendations: Guiding families in selecting the best footwear for optimal comfort and support. Orthopaedic Condition Management: Providing expert care for conditions such as flat feet, bow-legs, knock knees, and scoliosis. Coordination & Balance Support: Utilising therapy to improve coordination and balance, reducing the risk of falls. Skin & Nail Care: Addressing common issues like ingrown toenails, fungal infections, and other skin concerns. Injury Recovery: Guiding rehabilitation for sprains, fractures, and bone deformities.
