About the Role As Clinical Director, you will: Provide expert clinical leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure integration of services and optimal use of resources Deliver specialist medical care and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to undergraduate medical education via the University of Tasmania's Rural Clinical School.
Support service delivery to outreach hospitals Service Snapshot: Obstetrics & Gynaecology: Level 4 maternity and neonatal units, ~1,000 births/year, advanced procedural training site, urodynamics, laparoscopy and colposcopy services.
Paediatrics: Inpatient and outpatient services, neonatal care, regional outreach, and growing behavioural/community paediatrics services.
Accredited for both RACP and RANZCOG training.
