About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lecturer to join our team. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching, facilitating learning, and conducting assessment in traditional, new, and innovative ways to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach and facilitate learning in a variety of settings
* Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students
* Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of industry and community clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Marine engine driver Grade 1 near coastal (MED1) or Higher Maritime Engineering Qualification. You will also need to have at least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher recognised teaching qualification)
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate and encourage learning
