About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Agent to take ownership of a high-performing childcare transactions pipeline in NSW. This is a deal-driven role within a leading off‐market platform. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of transactions, from originating opportunities through to negotiation and close, while building strong relationships across landowners, developers, and childcare operators.
Key responsibilities
* Win agency appointments by pitching and securing exclusive mandates from landowners and developers
* Originate childcare sites (DA‐approved) through prospecting, referrals, and existing relationships
* Lead commercial negotiations from heads of agreement through to executed lease or sale
* Manage and progress a pipeline of 15–20+ concurrent deals
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the childcare property ecosystem
About you
* 5–10 years' experience in childcare leasing, site sales, or commercial property transactions
* Proven track record in high-volume deal environments
* Solid understanding of childcare leasing structures, metrics, and market dynamics
* Confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen
