About the role
As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring cost‐effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Develop sourcing strategies.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier consolidation.
* Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, financial stability, and ethical practices.
* Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure reliable and sustainable partnerships.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
* Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Continuously monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
* Analyze total cost of ownership and conduct cost‐benefit analysis to optimize procurement decisions.
* Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
* Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that may impact sourcing activities, proactively addressing challenges or disruptions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist or similar role in procurement, with a track record of successfully implementing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable results.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, conduct financial analysis, and make data‐driven decisions.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in contract management and familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
* Strategic mindset with ability to think critically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions.
* Proficiency in sourcing tool Coupa and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
