* Using customer history to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND LISTENING SKILLS
* Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
* Experience working in a high-volume call center environment (an advantage but not a requirement)
* A strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft software
