About Us:
At Elevated Psychology and Supports, we understand that every individual's journey is unique. Our passionate, multidisciplinary team is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based services that support clients of all ages to achieve meaningful outcomes. We proudly work with NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants, as well as Medicare and private clients.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable NDIS Operations Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and coordination of NDIS-related services within the clinic, supporting both our clients and team through the complexities of NDIS processes and compliance. The NDIS Operations Manager plays a key role in maintaining smooth clinic operations, assisting with client onboarding and support, ensuring documentation quality, and contributing to staff training and internal systems development.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and a deep understanding of the NDIS, who is confident working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic allied health environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all NDIS-related operations, ensuring compliance with NDIA standards and guidelines
* Maintain and coordinate essential client documentation (e.g., service agreements, consents, risk assessments, support plans)
* Submit and manage invoicing for self-, plan-, and agency-managed clients, including PRODA service bookings and follow-ups
* Monitor and implement updates in NDIS policies, ensuring the clinic remains audit-ready and compliant
* Act as a key contact for NDIS clients and families, providing guidance on funding, onboarding, and ongoing support
* Liaise with external stakeholders such as plan managers, LACs, and NDIA representatives
* Support clinicians by reviewing, editing, and finalising key documentation such as reports, behaviour support plans, functional assessments, and letters
* Contribute to staff training and onboarding in NDIS systems, client coordination, and documentation standards
* Assist with reception and general administration duties as needed
About You:
* In-depth understanding of the NDIS framework and funding processes
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written communication, editing, and document management abilities
* Confident, compassionate communicator with clients, families, and external providers
* Ability to independently manage tasks while supporting a broader team
* Tech-savvy, with experience using spreadsheets, client management systems, and document software
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced allied health or mental health setting
Highly Regarded:
* Previous experience in an NDIS operations or coordination role
* Familiarity with PRODA, plan manager platforms, and NDIS pricing arrangements
Experience working in allied health or mental health environments
