Job Summary
As ANZ Senior Finance Manager, you provide financial leadership and support to the Sales VP for ANZ and his Sales Leadership Team. You provide financial analysis and recommendations in complex deals, as well as budgeting, planning, business processes, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
* This role has responsibility for a wide range of financial support and analysis tasks, directing and controlling activities at the most senior level within the overall ANZ Area.
* You will help ensure key objectives and project deadlines are met by providing timely financial guidance and direction.
* Demonstrated ability to work on complex deals with strong negotiation skills.
* Prepare and drive operational and financial metrics in support of key decision making.
* Gather, analyse, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills by working cross-functionally to establish clear goals, objectives, and priorities that communicate the organisation's vision.
