Administrative Support Role
This position involves providing high-quality administrative support services to Partners and a wider team of Lawyers and Law Clerks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* General accounting, reporting, and monthly billing;
* File management, including email management for the Partners and team;
* Managing telephones, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members;
* Organising meetings and travel;
* Working closely with a team of Law Clerks to support with general admin, document lodgement, and other tasks to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
* Experience working with senior executives (desirable but not essential);
* An organised, efficient approach to administrative tasks;
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively prioritise work to meet deadlines;
* Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* A friendly and team-focused approach;
* Keen attention-to-detail, strong typing skills, and professional manner;
* Flexible approach to working with different stakeholders and their unique styles;
* Ability to anticipate the needs of the Partners and wider team.
