Job Title: Airport Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our airport operations team. As an Airport Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall management of the customer service team at the airport.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, driving outcomes aligned to strategic business priorities, and experience in industrial relations and employee relations in unionized working environments. They will also possess strong executive stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

* Industrial Relations Experience: Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) in unionised working environments.
* Dispute Resolution: Success in managing disputes, grievances, investigations and performance management.
* Stakeholder Management: Executive stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of collaboration.
