**About the role**
Our personal care staff are the people who we trust to provide the very best quality care to all of our residents every day. Maintain the care recipient's activities of daily living like personal hygiene, grooming, oral hygiene etc. You will also be responsible for assisting the nursing staff by observing and reporting promptly any changes in the wellbeing of care residents.
Complete incident reports and actively participate in Occupational Health & Safey program.
**How you'll make an impact**
- Provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
- Complete reporting and documentation, incident reports and review care plans with sign off from Registered Nurse.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Interact with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner
**What will you bring?**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or are currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an Aged Care clinical placement
- Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable)
- Ability to work to with residents to get desired outcome
