About the Role
As our Community Care Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our Community Care team. You will work closely with care coordinators, support workers, clients and external providers to ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with funding and compliance requirements.
This is a varied and purposeful role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and rostering of services inclusive managing cancellations and unplanned absences
* Provide administrative support across CHSP and Support at Home programs
* Assist with client intake, referrals, eligibility checks and service setup
* Maintain accurate client records in CRM and care management systems
* Undertake DEX (Data Exchange) reporting, data entry and validation
* Monitor service delivery data and assist with compliance reporting
* Prepare client documentation, service agreements and care plan updates
* Liaise with clients, families, support workers and external providers
* Support audits and funding compliance requirements
You will also collaborate with finance and workforce teams to ensure accurate billing, service records and roster coordination where required.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured funding and compliance environments.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated administration experience (aged care, health or community services preferred)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience working with databases or client management systems
* Understanding of CHSP, Support at Home or government-funded programs (desirable)
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines
* A collaborative, team-focused approach
