Job Opportunity: Property Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Property Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing timely delivery of client property accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
* Accounting Tasks: Perform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Closing Procedures: Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Financial Analysis: Analyse financial trends and KPIs to create executive dashboards.
Requirements:
* A tertiary education in Accounting or Finance is essential.
* Prior experience in property accounting is highly desirable.
