Overview
Young Golf Club is a beautiful golf course located in prime position in the Hilltops region of NSW. We are less than 2 hours from Canberra and under 4 hours drive to central Sydney. Young is a busy town with a bustling cafe culture and some great pubs.
We are a small team led by PGA Head Skilled, Pat Hatton, who moved from Brisbane over a year ago. He is passionate about the game and bringing exciting things to golf in Young - we have a Pro-Am next month, a junior program and regular fitting days with the latest gear on offer.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is eager to develop a career in the golf industry. This is a great opportunity to start your PGA Associate pathway to becoming a PGA Professional.
Requirements / Qualities
Self-motivated & willing to work as part of a team
Be able to work weekdays and weekends - we usually work to a set roster but can organise for weekends off as well
Excellent presentation
Duties
High level of customer service & sales assistance
General Golf Services duties - e.g. competition admin and organising prizes

Remuneration / Entitlements
The remuneration package will be guided by conditions for PGA Associates under the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award as well as monthly commissions on offer. We also provide employee discounts on golf gear.
