Job Description:
As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate boutiques across Australia. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales performance by analyzing results and implementing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day operations of all boutiques nationally
* Drive sales performance through analysis and implementation of improvement initiatives
* Ensure consistent visual merchandising across all retail locations
* Recruit, onboard, and support boutique managers and retail teams
* Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in business management are preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the premium sector, is also required. Additionally, multi-site experience and excellent computer literacy skills are essential.
