Position Description

The Digital Media Coordinator is an entry‐level position that supports digital media campaign implementation and management. The role provides day‐to‐day support to the wider Digital Media team, ensuring the successful execution and reporting of campaigns across multiple channels, while also managing administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for ensuring that online campaigns are delivered successfully
* Proactively track and report insights for campaign progress reports for clients
* Assist in communication, task management and procedures with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
* Provide clients with material specification documents, ensuring appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly
* Help develop concise results and insights from large sets of data
* Assist senior staff with various digital planning and administrative tasks

Skills and Requirements

* Previous Marketing/Media internship(s) experience highly regarded
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
* Understanding of media fundamentals
* Confident and capable with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
* Takes initiative and is an enthusiastic learner
* Works effectively as part of a team
* Planning and organisation skills
