Background:
This is a client-facing role involving managing production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients as part of the SaaS offerings, including application management for both hosted and non-hosted clients.
Responsibilities include:
Being the primary client contact regarding issues, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and resolution.
Collaborating with support teams to deliver comprehensive service.
Holding regular meetings with Relationship Managers to review performance and align efforts with client expectations.
Responding promptly to inquiries and providing regular updates to clients.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Proactively communicating about system changes, releases, and patches.
Participating in the Client Advisory Board to address client concerns.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Experience with financial services investment management systems, preferably Charles River IMS.
Proficiency in IT service design, planning, and delivery; ITSM certification preferred.
Ability to partner with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
Experience with servers, networks, scripting, XML, programming languages, and disaster recovery is preferred.
Excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
Minimum of 7+ years’ relevant industry experience.
Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow is a plus.
