Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face, character and heart of Scotiabank branches. You provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, processing day‐to‐day transactions, nurturing long‐standing relationships, contributing to branch targets, identifying simple sales opportunities, and sharing technology expertise by introducing clients to mobile banking applications.
