About this role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a qualified tradesperson, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components using advanced diagnostic techniques
2. Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts with precision and attention to detail
3. Conduct quality control and inspection of vehicles to ensure high standards are met
4. Test drive vehicles to verify they meet quality repair standards
5. Perform wheel alignments to maintain optimal vehicle performance
6. Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers as required
7. Label and store parts correctly
8. Inspect new parts for correctness and damage before installation
9. Implement adaptations based on completed diagnoses to ensure accurate repairs
10. Clean work bay and workshop areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
About You:
1. You must have experience and training as a qualified Mechanic
2. Strong commitment to safety is essential
3. A desire to grow and build skills is highly valued
4. Excellent communication skills and a good attitude are necessary
5. High attention to detail and process-driven approach is required
