About the Role
The IT Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and applications within a correctional centre. This includes collaborating on projects, providing support to various stakeholders, and working with sensitive information.
Main responsibilities include delivering first and second-level support for all IT networks, systems, and applications, including liaison with third-party providers when necessary. The position also entails installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and maintaining data security.
Additional requirements include experience managing Local Area Networks, proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 in a hybrid configuration, and ability to interpret and adhere to data and network security principles.
