About the Role
In this newly created role we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Product Manager to lead the end‐to‐end lifecycle of Radlink's product portfolio. Our products and solutions include digital two-way radio systems, LTE/4G/5G, integrated dispatch consoles, critical communication networks, sustainable energy systems and much more.
Reporting to the Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in defining product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to market needs.
This role will see you working cross‐functionally to deliver high‐quality, market‐leading solutions that support our clients across industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Local Government, Defence and Emergency Services.
This is a permanent full‐time role based in our office located in Malaga.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
* Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept through to launch, optimisation, and end‐of‐life
* Identify new product opportunities across key markets and emerging technologies
* Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision‐making
* Lead go‐to‐market strategies including positioning, messaging, and product launches
* Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
* Support sales teams with technical product expertise and strategic insights
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:
Proven experience in product management, ideally within telecommunications, radio systems, or related industries
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and successful product delivery
Commercial acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable product outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with compliance frameworks and industry standards
