About the Role:

Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Transitional Aged Care service (TACs) team. This role works with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based service within the framework of the Transitional Aged Care Program Guidelines.
This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who can work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Relevant experience working in a transitional aged care setting or similar
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
