Job Summary
The Community Service Centre is responsible for providing frontline services to the local community. This role will support the delivery of administrative functions and provide high-quality customer service to clients.
1. Provide comprehensive front-desk support including answering telephones and directing inquiries with a focus on client satisfaction.
This includes supporting various operational tasks such as data entry into corporate systems, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
* Tasks may include entering information into databases or software applications, maintaining accurate records, processing documents and completing other administrative duties as required by management.
