Overview
Our client is a large global corporation operating in the infrastructure and construction sector. This role sits within a high-performing finance team and supports group-level reporting across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated financial reporting packs for global headquarters.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
Manage the preparation of annual statutory reports across multiple entities.
Coordinate external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
Oversee governance of balance sheet and subledger reconciliations across local and overseas entities.
Review and post journal entries, approve payment runs and bank transfers.
Present weekly cash flow and debtor reports to senior leadership and respond to global treasury queries.
Champion internal controls and financial governance across the group.
Drive continuous improvement and capability development.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
About You
CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
10+ years' experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit within large multinational organisations.
Solid understanding of multicurrency balance sheets and intercompany reconciliations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
