Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our busy multi-franchise service centre in Welshpool. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operations of our large and busy workshop, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction while keeping safety at the forefront of your mind. What You’ll be Doing
Oversee all workshop operations and assist Fixed Operations Manager when required Maintain efficiency and even flow of all work performed in the workshop Monitor and ensure quality workmanship of the team Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments Maintain a safe workshop compliant with Eagers Automotive Safety Standards Assist the team with complex repair work Train and mentor Apprentices Share knowledge with the qualified Technicians Skills and Experience
Mechanical qualification in heavy commercial vehicles Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure High level of professionalism and attention to detail Willingness to share your knowledge and mentor the broader team of Apprentices and Technicians Australian working rights and HR driver’s licence Be a part of a
