Training Support Officer, Clerk Grade 3/4, Newcastle (Metford)

* Work in a volunteer-based agency supporting communities of NSW
* Full time temporary role, Parental leave backfill, up to 12 months
* Based at Metford (minimum 3 full days per week), providing support to the Northern Zone Training Delivery team
* Attractive annual salary of up to $105,076 (inclusive super and leave loading)

About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists to work within the Training Delivery team for Northern Zone, part of the Operational Capability and Training directorate at the NSW SES. You will provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the training directorate. This includes a range of data management, analysis, communication and administrative activities to support the coordination, delivery, data-input and reporting of training courses and activities

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

* Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
* Have experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior-level management
* Have proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) and practical computer/online literacy
* Have experience working with business systems
* Have experience working with in a diverse team

Essential Requirements

* Must be able to work from the Metford office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Please provide an example of how you used technology to ensure compliant work practices, describing how you solved problems that arose, how you managed your time to meet deadlines, and the result(s) delivered.
