About the Role
Are you a skilled communicator with excellent time management skills? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support our Head Office as an Administration Officer in a casual capacity. You will work closely with our administration team, wider corporate team and divisional managers in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of our company.
The role involves a variety of administrative tasks such as:
* Supporting the general operations of the head office including responsibility for the operation of our national switchboard, general office supplies and maintenance and handling critical mail items;
* Managing a high-volume billing process;
* Supporting the investigations team with administrative tasks
* Data entry - ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems;
* Any other required administration duties.
Key Attributes
You possess great customer focus and dedication. Proven administration experience is a preference, though not essential (ideally 1-2 years). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and time management and organisational skills are a must. A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy is also necessary.
