Organisational Change Management Position
This opportunity is looking for an experienced professional in Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Communication to contribute to the delivery of projects across various teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and a passion for contributing to successful project outcomes.
* Ability to advise stakeholders to maximise adoption of new technologies.
* Experience in creating and executing communication plans to enable smooth implementation of change.
* Tracking progress and reporting.
* Leading Program change activities including communication, engagements, capability uplift, developing guidance materials etc.
* Collaborating with Projects and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process.
Responsibilities:
* Creating and distributing regular communications to keep stakeholders informed.
* Developing training and support materials to build capability and readiness.
* Proficiency in visual communications, and data analysis will be extremely valuable.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
