Negotiate agreements with landowners in a timely manner, while ensuring a value for money outcome for the Bureau. Operating under the responsibilities and limits of authority of the Commonwealth Property Management Framework and the Land Acquisitions Act 1989 and Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA) Liaise with Business Unit representatives ensuring that leasing outcomes are consistent with the respective operational requirements of the Business Unit.
