What is Your Role?
You will collaborate with our national BIM team and the broader design team to produce coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages. Using Revit, you'll model complex mechanical systems.
You'll support project delivery from concept to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM standards and building regulations, while also implementing and maintaining BIM workflows, contributing to digital coordination, and supporting clash detection processes.
In addition, you'll assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans specific to mechanical systems on complex projects, ensuring alignment with client and industry standards. You will also participate in design reviews and coordination meetings, actively contributing to the improvement of digital delivery outcomes.

About You
* Experience: 8+ years as a Senior BIM Designer in building services, ideally within mechanical engineering background. Previous exposure to complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
* Technical skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC, and critical mechanical systems in large‐scale or mission‐critical facilities.
* Attention to detail: A strong eye for documentation quality, design intent, and model integrity.
* Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with engineers, architects, and clients.
