About the Position:
Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their growing Gold Coast team. You’ll work on a diverse mix of commercial and corporate matters, with exposure to large-scale transactions, business structuring, and complex advisory work. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with senior leadership and be supported through a structured development framework, including mentoring, regular feedback, and a clear roadmap toward progression — including future leadership opportunities.
Matters you’ll manage include:
* Mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures
* Shareholder and partnership agreements
* Commercial contracts and structuring advice
* Business sale and purchase negotiations
* Corporate governance and compliance
Key Requirements:
* 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide commercial advice
* Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style
* Ambition to grow into senior leadership or partnership in the medium term
