The role
The In Home Support Coordinator (West) is responsible for coordinating In Home Aged Care service provision functions in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, through:
* assisting in the recruitment, training, induction and supervision of allocated Direct Care staff
* managing staff traineeships
* organising and facilitating educational and training programs
* coordinating the day to day operations of the Delivered Meals program
* supporting the Digital Inclusion program
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
* relevant experience and expertise in a similar role, and qualifications in the clinical or allied health fields
* a good understanding of the Aged Care Sector services
* proficiency in the use of computer programs
* understanding of and commitment to working within the Aged Care Quality Standards
