Overview
Our client is a well established multi franchise multi site dealership operation based in the Newcastle area. They are seeking to employ a Group Service Manager to oversee this area of their business. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. Trading is Monday to Friday only. You will be managing three franchises, 6 service advisors and 45-50 technicians.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the Newcastle area for a multi-franchise, multi-site dealership operation.
* Manage three franchises, 6 service advisors and 45-50 technicians.
Qualifications
* Solid current or recent dealership experience as a large operation Service Manager or Group / General Service Manager.
* Well honed financial, people handling, organizational and management skills; ability to motivate staff to achieve their highest potential; reliability and drive.
Compensation
* Salary around $120k (negotiable according to experience),
* Super,
* Commission structure expected to exceed $100k,
* Company vehicle.
OTE $200k plus + Super.
