Were looking for a Process Mining Data Engineer to join our Process Intelligence team and help drive the successful execution of sophisticated process mining initiatives. This role is all about enabling data-driven transformation by designing robust data pipelines models and governance frameworks that unlock insights and deliver measurable value across the business within our Process Mining Platform. Fixed term contract for 2 years with the potential for permanency
What Youll Do
* Consult with the business to optimally design and streamline process mining strategies and solutions
* Use proven experience of strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify data opportunities build data models and implement data pipelines from source systems into the Process Mining platform
* Interpret business cases to propose and action end-to-end data extraction and transformation to enable process improvement activities
* Implement a data-driven approach to uncover inefficiencies and clearly articulates findings to improve solutions
* Build and maintain a strong robust data governance structure to support internal and external comprehension of ETL data models sources and sequencing etc. which aligns to Optuss internal policies
* Facilitate testing deployment and support for process mining solutions
* Demonstrate strong project management capabilities (Agile) planning delivering and maintaining platform data management
* Control data quality efficiency & completeness within platform data models and collaborate with partners and governance teams to ensure data pools are maintained appropriately
* Support project progress scope changes project completion feedback and solution utilisation and value realisation.
* Maintain appropriate user and technical documentation to complement the end-to-end development cycle as per Process Mining framework
* Collaborate with the Process Centre of Excellence & Business users on process understanding
* Campion outstanding relationships with internal Data Engineering Governance and Analytical teams
* Conduct data investigations & allocate support from technical SMEs (subject matter experts) where needed
* Enable support for solution development and project delivery
What makes you perfect for the role
* Experience in data engineering including SQL Python PQL and Java.
* Experience Process Mining ideally in Celonis.
* Strong understanding of process mining data modelling and schema design.
* Familiarity with Agile project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
* Ability to engage with engagement problem-solving and communication skills.
