What you'll be doing
* Conducting scheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of conveyor systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with conveyor components.
* Collaborating with the wider maintenance team to plan and execute complex overhaul and installation projects.
* Maintaining thorough documentation and records of all work completed.
* Adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times
What we're looking for
* Trade qualification - Cert III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent.
* Post-trade experience, ideally in conveyor or heavy industrial environments.
* Tickets and Licences (support may be available for the right candidate):
o Drivers License, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces.
o Standard 11 Generic Coal Induction, Coal Board Medical and relevant site inductions advantageous.
* Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment with an absolute commitment to health, safety and quality.
