What You'll Be Doing:
· Greet and qualify walk-in and online leads promptly and professionally
· Run discovery meetings to understand each client's needs, budget, lifestyle, and timeframe
· Present tailored house and land packages, floor plans, and custom design options
· Guide clients through the entire journey—from initial enquiry to contract signing
· Follow up leads via phone, email, and SMS to build trust and move them forward
· Close deals and consistently hit your monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Manage all leads and interactions within the CRM (we use HubSpot)
· Keep your pipeline up to date with timely follow-ups and accurate task tracking
· Maintain solid knowledge of home designs, inclusions, pricing, and current promotions
· Stay across estate guidelines, zoning rules, and site conditions
· Research the competition, market trends, and common objections to stay ahead of the game
· Prepare accurate sales docs, tenders, and custom home proposals
· Ensure all paperwork, pricing, and compliance is spot-on before submission
· Understand the ins and outs of siteworks, setbacks, R-Codes, BAL ratings, and services
· Assess lot suitability—including contour plans, estate covenants, and orientation
· Work closely with land agents, developers, and conveyancers to match land and builds
· Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to keep growing
· Share insights and collaborate with the team to level up the customer experience
· Get involved in marketing events, home opens, and promos when needed
About You:
· Thrive under pressure and consistently smash your monthly targets
· Bring top-tier customer service and confident, clear communication to every interaction
· Known for being honest, dependable, and doing the right thing—always
· Either have a current police clearance or be happy to get one within 3 months of starting
· Self-motivated and driven by personal goals, commission, and performance wins
· Hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport to get to appointments and display homes
· Comfortable using your own laptop and mobile to stay connected and organised
