Qualifications and Skills:
* Appropriate qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations or equivalent.
* Demonstrated proficient computer literacy, preferably using Microsoft Office Applications.
* Knowledge and competence with regard to Award, payroll and employee contract matters as they relate to NSW Health.
