About the Role
This leadership position directly supports budgeting, planning, and execution of purchasing decisions through proactive communication with customers. The successful candidate will interpret customer feedback to align with corporate metrics, ensuring seamless and high-quality experiences for a rapidly growing rental and capital customer base within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly manage a team, providing hands-on coaching and training to drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
* Establish and monitor team performance goals, ensuring alignment with company strategy and commercial objectives.
* Actively manage customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
* Maintain accurate timekeeping records and enforce company policies as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 7 years of relevant business experience, including at least 5 years in leadership over 10 reports. They should possess strong customer service orientation and team leadership skills, excellent composure, active listening, written, and verbal communication abilities.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, commitment to continuous learning.
* Strong change management skills, demonstrating initiative, follow-through, and accountability.
* Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively to address various customer needs.
