Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and precise administrative support, including transcription, dictation, diary management, travel arrangements, and general assistance.
* Act as a client liaison, providing accurate and detailed information according to Solicitor's directions.
* Prepare and amend documents and briefs for the legal team using Microsoft Office and Open Practice software.
* Manage funds, raise cheque requisitions, ensure accurate receipting of incoming funds, and prepare financial schedules.
Requirements
* Experience in Legal Administration and proficiency in dictation required.
* High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills necessary.
